Splendor In the Scriptures (SITS) is an ideal teaching tool to build and develop character in children, teens, as well as adults. The goal of this card game is to learn the Word of God by repeatedly hearing the Word then applying the Word in various life situations. Game rules are included and are the same for the three different themes. Once cards are dealt, each player takes turns reading out loud the matching card(s) then placing cards face up on the table. The game is ended when the only card left in the hand of a player is the card with SITS written on the front. This player is the winner. SITS can be used to:
- listen to and speak the Word;
- meditate on a particular verse or verses;
- finds ways to incorporate a verse or verses into different situations;
- tell others how SITS has been a help to you;
- share with others how SITS continues to be an aid in your time of need and
- learn how to transform, over time, your thoughts and actions.
